Bug 523782 - Leftover call to GDK_THREADS_LEAVE() in gtktoolbar.c

* gtk/gtktoolbar.c (slide_idle_handler): Remove obviously wrong
GDK_THREADS_LEAVE() call. Approved by mclasen.
